What time can I enter a suite?
Suites will generally be opened 1 and ½ hours prior to Wizards, Capitals, Georgetown and Mystics games. For concerts, shows and other special events, suites are usually open an hour prior to the event. Following the event, suites usually remain open for up to an hour afterwards.
Can I bring food and beverages into Capital One Arena from the outside the arena?
Fans and patrons are not allowed to bring in outside food and beverages for any games, concerts or events. Bringing alcoholic beverages into Capital One Arena is illegal and prohibited. Any alcoholic beverages used or required in the Executive Suites must be obtained from Aramark or a Capital One Arena concession stand. Any alcoholic beverages purchased in Capital One Arena cannot be removed from the building. Guests are not permitted to remove any beverages from the Suite at the end of an event.
How do I place a suite catering order?
Suite catering is handled exclusively through Aramark. The Suite catering menu has complete details regarding the ordering of food and beverages for suite holders and guests. Food and beverages may be pre-ordered so they are available upon arrival. There is also a Day of Event menu option to choose items to order from during an event.
Food and beverage pre-orders should generally be placed by 12 p.m. EST two business days prior to the event. Please place all Saturday, Sunday and Monday event orders by 12 p.m. EST on Thursday.

Do children need suite tickets?
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted in the Executive Suites unless accompanied by an adult. Adults are responsible for the conduct of children at all times. For all games and most events, any child who has reached their third (3rd) birthday must have a suite ticket.
Can I bring a camera or other recording devices?
Handheld cameras, with no flash are the only cameras permitted (no video cameras or camcorders) for all basketball and hockey games. Special events, concerts, etc. each have their own camera policy that is decided prior to the event. The use of video cameras, laser pointers or audio equipment is strictly prohibited at all times.

Metro (subway) and parking
The Gallery Place/Chinatown Metro stop on the Red line drops off right at the arena. Additional Metro stops within a few blocks include Navy-Archives Penn Quarter, Metro Center and Judiciary Square.
Do you have private conference room space or meeting space our company can use prior to the suite event?
Yes. The Executive Suites department does have conference rooms available to rent prior to each Wizards, Capitals and Georgetown game for 18-24 guests. Please inquire with the suites department for more information.
Can I purchase additional tickets in my individual suite rental beyond the standard 18, 20 or 24 tickets?
Yes, in certain cases you can purchase 2-4 additional “standing room only” tickets depending on your suite location/size. Please inquire for details and options.
Can I leave a ticket(s) for a suite guest at Will Call?
Yes, we have a special Executive Suites Will Call window. It is window #1 and is located at the main F Street entrance near the Box Office. A valid photo ID is required when picking up tickets. The Executive Suites Will Call window is generally open starting 1 ½ hours prior to the start of a game or event.
